[VOA] WASHINTON - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with the leader of Sudan's transitional government Monday as part of an effort to begin to normalize ties wth the African nation. Netanyahu and Gen. Abdel-Fattah Burhan held their talks in Entebbe, Uganda.
