[FrontPageAfrica] Monrovia -A project document obtained by FrontPageAfrica, prepared by the World Bank on Liberia's response to the deadly COVID-19 pandemic has concluded that despite efforts to contain the virus, serious weaknesses remain, and Liberia is not prepared to respond to COVID-19.
