[Monitor] President Museveni and his Tanzanian counterpart John Magufuli are expected to meet today on the sidelines of the Uganda-Tanzania Business Forum in Dar-es Salaam to chart a way forward on progress of the proposed East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP).
