[New Zimbabwe] At least 32 parastatals and State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) have failed to submit their financial statements to the Auditor General Mildred Chiri for auditing purposes in 10 years, Parliament's Public Accounts chairperson Tendai Biti has revealed.
