[New Zimbabwe] President Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed one of Jestina Mukoko's abductors in 2008, Brigadier-General (Retired) Asher Walter Tapfumaneyi as the Deputy Director in the much feared Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO).
