[Nyasa Times] UTM Party patron Noel Masangwi and deputy spokesman Leonard Chimbanga have denied harboring intentions of defecting from the Saulos Chilima led party to joing Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) after reports went viral that they have jumped ship.
