[AIM] Maputo -- The Mozambican state is strong enough to fight against terrorism in Mozambique, particularly in the northern province of Cabo Delgado, where a jihadist group with ties to the self-styled "Islamic State" is operating, declared Defence Minister Jaime Neto on Thursday.
