[This Day] Abuja -The Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) and its Joint Venture (JV) partners, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and Oando Oil Limited have ramped up efforts meant to recover part of the receding shoreline in the Niger Delta.
