[Monitor] The 2010s have been an age of unending crisis in Uganda, a notorious era for violence, human rights violations, murders, assassinations and numerous other killings. The decade has been marked by a wave of unexplained killings, including execution-style ride-by shootings and serial murders of women, leaving a large part of the population in fear.
