[New Zimbabwe] Zimbabwean millers have welcomed government's decision to restore grain subsidies with their umbrella group, Grain Millers Association of Zimbabwe (GMAZ) saying the move would ensure a "win-win" situation for both the cereal processors and ordinary consumers.
