[New Zimbabwe] MDC-T's Douglas Mwonzora has claimed to have taken charge of the opposition party's affairs as the secretary-general and Monday afternoon locked up the party's headquarters, Harvest House also known as Morgan Richard Tsvangirai (MRT) House.
